Before contacting support

• Confirm you are using the email address or username from your invitation.
• On first sign-in, use the temporary password once and create your own password.
• If a connected service has been revoked at the provider, reconnect it from the owner Admin screen.
• Include the approximate time and visible error message, but never send a password, temporary password, API key, or OAuth token.

Account deletion

Signed-in beta users can initiate deletion from their account page. If you cannot sign in, use the public account-deletion form.
